APPOINTMENT PREPARATIONS

Please come with your hair free if any style and detangle. Failure to do could lead to an up-charge or appointment cancellation.
 

NEW CLIENTS

Luxury silk press is mandatory if you are a new client or I haven’t serviced you in 3+ months unless you are booking the olaplex experience 
 

SERVICES

Book all services that you want you will not be able to add services the day of your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. Anything after 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of your total appointment. If you cannot make your appointment & you do not cancel, you will be considered a no show resulting in a 100% charge of your services to the card on file. You also no longer be able to book with Crowned & Co for any future appointments.
