How long is shipping? Shipping is 3-5 business days.This do not include weekends or holidays.
What is the refund policy? There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. If charges are disputed after your item is shipped legal action will be taken.
How often should I use Crown treatment and oil? Crown treatment can be used everytime that you shampoo your hair with its all natural ingrdients, it will not cause any harm to your hair. Crown oil can be used daily.
Is the treatment and oil kid safe? YES, all of our products are 100% natural, make sure that you read all of the ingredients to insure that you and your child is not allgeric to any of the ingredients.

How do I contact you if I need to cancel? Under the unfortunate cirucumstances that you'll need to cancel, please tap the confirmation link emailed to you at the time of booking. Please be aware of our 24 hour cancelation policy before doing so.
What prep do I need to do before my appointment? Please come with your hair free of any style as well as detangled! Failure to do could lead to an up-charge or appointment cancellation.
